Tomorrow Marks the First day of the 10 Day Boot Camp Challenge! Sarah and I have designed workouts that will suit this challenge so each muscle group has recovery time between classes. Sarah and I will offer modifications for exercises that may be out of the scope of your potential and we will offer progressions to those who would like to be challenged. By the end of the 2 weeks, you will be stronger, fitter and feel absolutely amazed at your efforts.
You will need to bring a yoga mat, water, 3-5lb wts on CARDIO / CORE days and heavier wts (5-12lbs) on STRENGTH TRAINING days. If you don’t own heavier weights just let us know and we will provide them.
Here’s our plan:
Day 2: CORE / STRENGTH TRAINING (full body – concentration on LOWER BODY) heavier wts (bring your own)
Day 3: CARDIO / Secondary Muscle TUNE UP/ CORE
Day 4: CORE/ STRENGTH TRAINING (full body – concentration on UPPER BODY)
