10 Day Boot Camp Challenge

SPRING INTO FITNESS THE OLD SCHOOL WAY!
Join the
COR FIT
team for a 10-day BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE sweatin’ it the
OLD SCHOOL way! We’re bringing it back to traditional calisthenics mixed with
body weight exercises, plyometrics, and strength training elements. No fancy warm lavender scented towels or free bottles of water; just a great workout that’ll keep you coming back for more.
This challenge is for MEN and WOMEN who are looking for a fast-paced, calorie-
bustin’ workout using a traditional BOOT CAMP style approach. Expect to sweat a lot and rest a little!
When?
During the weeks of March 13th and March 20th, 2017;
Mon/Wed/Fri @ 6am & Tue/Thu @ 5:30am
or Mon/ Wed/ Fri @ 9:30am
Where?
The gym @ Trinity Presbyterian Church (5533 16th Street N, Arlington, VA 22205) & JDK Martial arts studio.
What?
Bring a mat, a water bottle, a towel, and 3-5 lb. weights (on Tues
and Wed bring 8-15 lb. weights for deeper strength training!)
For those who are new to COR FIT, your first day is FREE.
For those returning to COR FIT, bring a friend, and your first day is on us.
