This workout is a great supplement to the Monday, Wednesday, Friday Boot camp classes which are High Intensity Interval Training classes. The Tuesday / Thursday 5:30 am class has a focus on muscular strength and endurance through low-impact exercises. Higher impact exercises and progressions are offered. The class format varies to keep it fresh and challenging. Different equipment is used; free weights, body weight, towels for sliding exercises, and bands. The class is constantly moving with back to back exercises engaging various muscle groups. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat, water, and light and medium weights. We hit every major muscle group, focus on the core, and do a full body stretch at the end.
