You will get the most out of each concentrated exercise in this HI-LO cardio class. Designed specifically for you by Sarah, this HIIT program has proven results. She’ll get you motivated to reach your maximum fitness potential through power movements, strength training, cardio kick boxing, core strengthening and yoga postures. This workout is meant to maximize calorie burning, boost metabolism, and deplete muscle glycogen stores burning those extra calories consumed! Bring your water bottle, mat and light wts but Don’t bring it WEAK.
