How do I prepare for class?

In preparation for a COR FIT class you will want to bring light weights (3-5lbs), a yoga mat, water bottle, and sunscreen.

What if I am not at the same level of fitness as most?

No matter what your level of fitness, your trainer will show modified versions of high intensity or difficult exercises.

What if there is inclement weather?

If the weather does not want to cooperate with our outdoor workouts, it is at the discretion of the trainer to cancel class or hold class under a pavilion at the park. Typically classes are NOT canceled.

How do I find out if a class has been canceled or relocated?

Do you offer other services than group sessions?

COR FIT has Certified Personal Trainers to help you reach your personal fitness goals. COR FIT also has an affiliate running organization, Mother Runners, where you can meet other runners for early morning fun runs in your neighborhood.

What if I can’t make it to a class due to illness or otherwise?

COR FIT is a fitness program designed for everyone. We understand that ‘life happens’. You have the freedom of using your 10 class pass at any of our locations and times; and you have 3 months to use it!

How do I sign up?

There are options in registering for the COR FIT program. Your first class is on us! You may simply show up to a class with your wts and mat and we’ll take care of the rest. Once you decide that COR FIT is the right exercise program for you, you can purchase a ‘drop-in’ pass for $17 or purchase the 10 class package ($135) by check. We also offer a 6 class pass for $85. You may also visit the JOIN NOW page on our website and pay through PayPal for a nominal fee.
