Join me at the WL track tomorrow morning for a POP UP workout.
We’re taking an unconventional approach to our COR FIT bootcamp with a partial track workout.
June marks “JOG for JUNE” month where you’ll strive to jog 5 out of 7 days/ week.
Tomorrow we’ll be jogging, squatting, jumping and planking. 🙂
