Sarah Chase is an Arlington mom, an avid runner and boot camper who enjoys leading fitness classes.
She graduated with a BS in Exercise Physiology and Sports Science and was a corporate fitness trainer at BLS for the first couple of years after school. She was a certified personal trainer at USA Today’s fitness center and taught step, spinning and boot camp classes. She also led a “running and women in weights” group.
Sarah states,”My favorite type of class to teach is boot camp, so I’m excited to have my own classes to lead through the COR FIT program.”
You can attend Sarah’s classes on Monday & Wednesday at 9:30am and Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30am
