“If your mind tells your body to stop, it will. Train your mind and enslave your body to it.”
Sheila Cordaro is addicted to fitness.
She founded her first fitness company in 2006 and renamed it in 2013 to Cordaro Fit, LLC, otherwise known as COR FIT. Through years of training for marathons, triathlons, obstacle course races and Ragnar Relays, she realized her passion went deeper than keeping herself fit. She created a fitness program dedicated to people who are serious about a healthy lifestyle.
Sheila is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer and Children’s Fitness Specialist, who earned certifications through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and APFA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates).
