Boys & Girls Ages 5-11
Running Camp for ages 5-11
Objective: Short and Long distance running. (100m-2 mile distances)
• speed and agility games
• strength and core conditioning movements
• learn the importance of stretching
• endurance training of 100m sprints – 2 mile runs
• All levels of athletic ability encouraged to join
• Coached by WL and Yorktown high school athletes
