ABOUT COR FIT AND OUR TEAM
Sheila Cordaro is a fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur who is the dynamic driving force behind COR FIT. Readers of the Sun Gazette have named her “Best Personal Trainer” and COR FIT as “Best Fitness Center.” She was also Voted “Top Personal Trainer” by readers of Arlington Magazine in 2021.
Sheila founded Cordaro Fit®, otherwise known as COR FIT (formerly FIT 4 MOMS, LLC), in 2006 to make standard boot camps fun. COR FIT boot camp also trains young athletes. In addition to adult workouts, FIT 4 KIDZ was designed in 2009 to keep children active, fit, and happy. Thanks to its success, Sheila created a Boot Camp for Kidz and Small Group Agility & Speed training for teens. Cardio, strength, and resistance training, sports conditioning, core conditioning and stretching, are all attained through games and play. Studies show that exercise encourages the brain’s building blocks of learning.
“The more neuroscientists discover about this process, the clearer it becomes that exercise provides an unparalleled stimulus, creating an environment in which the brain is ready, willing, and able to learn.”
